As an Airline Ground Services Representative you will be part of a team working to send passengers and flights successfully on their way.

If you have travelled by air, then you will know how staff at the airport can make your journey feel special. Your role will be to help in all aspects of the travel needs of the airlines and the passengers to make every journey special.

Working in one of our Airline Ground Services Representative teams you will assist people from all over the world with all their travel enquiries and challenges

 

Your job would include working at:

  • Check-in counters,
  • Flight information desks,
  • The arrival and transit hall and boarding gates

 

As the ideal Airline Ground Services Representative you will:

We would like you to have:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.

 

If you have some experience in customer service work that is an asset but not essential if you are positive about the job.
